A cozy, warm home in the winter is something that is comforting. When you are surrounded by soft afghans and the occasional throw pillow on the bed; then you might be ready for a good book! One thing that snags the comfort factor is a bad thermostat! I have a Honeywell thermostat and it doesn't keep a regular temperature even though that is what it is on. One minute the 55 degrees setting feels like 70 and sometimes like 45! Another thing that makes me uneasy is that Honeywell makes missile systems...I knew someone who worked there!
In the future, I would like a programmable thermostat--so I can have cooler sleeping nights and warm air throughout the day.
