Originally designed to test military personnel the SAT has a history in being economically biased and racially discriminating. In 1933, it became the way to test less fortunate young boys for a scholarship program into Harvard. They thought it scored "pure intelligence" despite the taker's high school standings. Today, it is used as a means to decipher who gets admitted to colleges around the world! But is it too outdated and not serving the greater good?
