When your nine year old daughter is threatening your life and her own what do you do? You call the police! She didn't go sweetly, she resisted. She went to the hospital after being pepper sprayed by the police and this created an uproar! Rochester, New York is protesting! When in fact, the child is a uncooperative, a danger to herself and her mother! She is homicidal and suicidal. The police went wrong when they released her. She needs to go to a mental hospital for evaluation and medication! The police chief and the protesters are uneducated in this matter. You don't just release a threat back into the home without some intervention and improvement!
