Homeless in Seattle: Eviction Moratorium Expires!

Get ready for the streets to be flooded with homeless people! People living in their cars, people living in tents, people committing suicide! "Washington Governor Jay Inslee has issued an eviction moratorium that prohibits landlords from evicting most renters through the end of the year. This order went into effect on March 18, 2020. It has been extended to end on March 31, 2021. The order forbids late fees or raising the rent during this period."
